Hello @chadmander

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Based on your description, we suggest referring to the setup steps in [Motherboard] Audio I/O connections setting and Audio 2, 4, 5.1, or 7.1-channel configuration.
If the issue persists, please help us clarify your case by sharing the following details:
- Full screenshots of the speaker setup in Realtek Audio Control, Windows > Sound settings, and the current speaker and audio driver versions.
- A video recording of a test using a 5.1-channel audio setup where sound is missing from a specific speaker.
- The PSU, RMA model and part number, and two .txt files generated in your Windows system via the steps below:
1.Press the WIN+R keys on the keyboard to open the command window
2.Key in: dxdiag → OK
3.Click [Save All Information]
4.Select the save location and click [Save]
Same steps, replace the command line in step 2 with: msinfo32
5.Key in: msinfo32 → OK → and save the txt file.
You may upload the files to cloud storage and share a link with us for further investigation.

Thank you!
