proart x870e Docp and cpu settings

hello, Im having a couple of issues

build: proart x870e, 9950x3d, 96gb corsair vengence 5200

issue 1: i set the DCOP 1 enabled and it sets to 5200 in the bios but cpu-z and hwinfo are still reporting its running at 4800

issue 2: my cinebench R24 tests are coming inn low 2288 vs internet reporting I should be getting 2500-2700

Things ive tried  setting PBO to enhanced and setting up some conservative x4 x6 settings to get it to power up a bit more

temps, temps at full load with cinebench never go above 80 and hwinfo reports no throttling with a max tdp of 205 watts reported

also made sure priority in task manager for the cinebench app was set to high and even real time to check still low. and shut off killed all other apps (now nvidia, autodesk, adobe background apps or internet running)

just trying to tune things to get expected stock results or close not looking to overclock

Hi @digitaltantrum

Can you confirm the part number of the memory kit? CPU-Z will report the actual memory clock, which in your case would be 2600MHz, but if it's showing 4800MHz that indicates the profile is not loading correctly.

Is the system completing training? When you enable the EXPO/DOCP profile, do you see the DRAM Frequency change in BIOS?

in the bios the DOCP seems to list the change as 5200 and the bios seems to also report it correctly, the training seemed to work yellow light then windows boot but CPU-z and hardware info both still list the frequency as 4800, CORSAIR CMK192GX5M4B5200C38

Can you share a screenshot? Thanks

😓

Apologies for the delay in response, I missed the notification. I have moved the thread to ROG Care for the attention of service. I would suspect it's an issue with the kit itself.
