POWER ON HERO Z70

Hello friends. I'm again here for another little problem. Lately my system wont power on till i must umplug the power wait 1-2 minuts and also with this procedure sometimes i must repeat 4-5 times until the system starts normally. i have all rog devices (thor 850, riygin 360 and rtx 3070) what could be?. May I ask if the situation of wont power on unless unplug happened after any changes were made?
For example, updating the BIOS or connecting an external device
Is the model in your current usage the ROG MAXIMUS Z790 HERO?
Could you please provide the current BIOS version and check if the Intel ME has been updated to the corresponding version in the BIOS?
If necessary, we recommend updating the BIOS and clearing the CMOS to further troubleshoot and verify if the issue has been resolved.
