Hi,
Just wanted to ask about some issues with the Armoury Crate software.
When I download animations for the Anime Matrix (and they are supposedly for the X670E Extreme as I used the filters. They don't show up in the content library.
When I apply the system mode for the Anime Matrix and use the color option or color cycle option. It reverts to just plain white afte a reboot.
Will this be fixed please?

When did this issue first occur? For example, did it happen before any Armoury Crate updates and only started after the updates?
What is the current version of Armoury Crate, and are all items within the update center up-to-date?
Would the issue be resolved if you tried uninstalling Armoury Crate using the uninstall tool, then reinstalling it and rebooting the system again?
As I mentioned in the PM, could you please provide a complete recording of the issue and your actions to help us better understand the scenario?
If necessary, please refer to the relevant instructions for AniMe Matrix.

The issues have always been the from the beginning as far as I am aware. Armoury Crate version is 5.8.9.0. The issue is not resolved by unistalling and re-installing.

May I ask if you are still using the same hardware specifications as the spec you shared in the similar thread at the end of last year?

Could you please provide separate segments of the Armoury Crate log for the issues of missing animations after downloading and the Anime Matrix settings resetting after a reboot for us to further investigate?
Please also share a screenshot of the Armoury Crate update center.
Additionally, as you've recently posted multiple times and to avoid any information gaps, could you please confirm the troubleshooting methods you have attempted so far for these tow issues?

I can confirm the hardware is the same. I will attach a screenshot below. I've reinstalled Windows, Armoury Crate, updated BIOS due to the problems in the previous posts and these issues (in this post) have always remained.
Could you explain what you are referring to by "Could you please provide separate segments of the Armoury Crate log for the issues of missing animations after downloading and the Anime Matrix settings resetting after a reboot for us to further investigate?"

May I ask if you have checked the link to further confirm the explanation of Armoury Crate's log?
You reported a similar issue back in November last year: Problems with Aura Sync/Anime Matrix/Armoury Crate, and at that time, we shared detailed steps, and you also shared Armoury Crate logs with us successfully.
Could you please refer back to the instructions and steps provided at that time?
Additionally, could you confirm if your current hardware specifications are the same as they were back then?

Thank you for providing the log.
The issues you previously reported are: A) downloading Anime Matrix animations not appearing in the content library, and B) when applying Anime Matrix system modes and using color options or color cycle options, the system reverts to pure white after a reboot.
Could you confirm if the provided log pertains to scenario B and also share the log file for scenario A?
