NVME drives disappearing on X670E TUF

Hi there,
Running a 7500F on a X670E TUF Wifi Plus with 2x 32gb of gskill 6000, using windows 11

I'm using all 4 m.2 slots for NVME drives, The top slot has a T-Force pcie gen5 drive drive, the 2nd slot has a Samsung 990 pro, and 3 and 4 have WD 850X's in a software raid 1 for backups.

So the issue is randomly drive 0 (the gen 5 disk in the top slot, also my windows install) or drive 1 (the 990 pro in the 2nd slot from the top, mostly game installs) will stop working, almost always while playing games. If the 2nd drive stops working, I just lose access to those folders or if I was playing a game off of that drive it just crashes the game, but if the top drive stops working I get a BSOD obviously and it's unable to write a log as the system drive is gone.

I have seen others with this same issue all over reddit, but they are running MSI or Gigabyte boards, some say a bios update about 6 months ago fixed it, others said they just needed to move to 3 drives instead of 4. I would like to keep all 4 if possible. Has anyone here experienced this?
Thanks

Hello @otakunorth

Due to the ongoing local holidays in our area, our response time may experience delays.
We apologize for any inconvenience the delayed replies may have caused.
Could you please clarify whether the current motherboard model is the TUF GAMING X670E-PLUS or the TUF GAMING X670E-PLUS WIFI, and whether this issue occurred after the PC was first built or after any recent changes, such as a BIOS update or component replacement?
Based on your description, the random shutdowns mostly occur during gaming.
Given this, we suggest checking for any potential overheating issues with the motherboard, chassis, or SSD.
Please monitor the temperatures and see if the SSD resumes working after cooling down.
Also, please confirm the specifications of the PSU currently installed, whether there are any settings or limitations under Power Management > Change advanced power settings, and whether the BIOS and SSD firmware or drivers may need an update.

Thank you.
