Since we are unable to verify the information from external forums, could you please provide the complete name of the motherboard you are currently using, the BIOS version, and the following relevant details?
- the brand, model and installation slots or ports of the CPU, GPU, RAM (part number well), SSD/HDD, and PSU
- the OS, OS build, Armoury Crate version and a screen shot of the Armoury Crate Update Center
- is the high memory usage by "NoiseCanellingEngine" occurring only in specific situations or audio device connections, such as during gaming or only with certain headphone models connected to the rear audio port of the motherboard?
- in addition to the high memory usage, are there any other unusual behaviors, such as system lag, when this situation occurs?
- after using the Armoury Crate uninstall tool to remove and reinstall and ensuring that the update center has completed its updates, has the issue improved?
