I have a recently aquired 7950X system, X670-P Wifi (included in the compatbility list of this PCIE card). when I mounted the PCIE, the computer booted ok, and even recognized the keyboard and mouse connected to the CalDigit TS3 that I plugged into one of the Tb ports on the card. Video was directly from a 6900XT displayport.
but after installing the driver from asus website, the computer wont show any video after reboot. all fans and RGB are on, but no video signal. I have tried also using the DisplayPort from the 6900XT to the minidisplayport in the Ext4 card thinking maybe the EXT4 wants to take over the video signal.
all help appreciated.

Hello, @dr10103
Could you please provide your current BIOS version, the driver version you installed from the official website, and whether your Thunderbolt Firmware version is 1.4 or 1.3?
If you have not updated the BIOS to the latest version 2613 released on April 17, 2024, please consider updating and clearing CMOS, then check again.
Meanwhile, the ROG forum is specifically for discussions related to the ROG or TUF gaming series products.
If you have inquiries regarding non-gaming series motherboards, we recommend posting your discussion on Zentalk>Motherboard.
Thank you.

Hi @dr10103 ,
@loup is using a very similar board and the similar CalDigit Thunderbolt hub. He is also having issues very similar to you. See his post https://rog-forum.asus.com/t5/gaming-motherboards/asus-x670e-i-shuts-down-abruptly-when-using-thunde... where I was not able to help him out. Maybe @Jiaszzz_ROG can help both of you.

Many thanks. I forgot to reply. I ended up resetting the BIOS (CMOS break) and I am back to work. I think the issue is that I did not enable TB3 on the BIOS and installed the TB card, so I guess the motherboard did not know how to handle the card.
