Had recently upgraded my Pc parts from my old build
Old build kept getting blue screens including
Critical process died and driver irql not less or equal so I decided to “upgrade”

Storage2: Crucial P5+ Gen4 M.2 NVMe SSD 1TB
Storage3: Western Digital Gold 7200 3.5 HDD 6TB
AIO: NZXT Kraken z63 280mm
Accessory monitor: Wimaxit 14” FHD
Fans 120mm: Lian Li Unifan Infinity SL120 V2 (x7)

OS: Windows 11 Home
I power up the pc and it turns on all the lights/rgb but no signal or picture on either monitors. No display port no hdmi difference.
I initially thought I sat the cpu wrong so I picked it up and noticed the top right had different pin layout / orientation so I returned to store and got an exchange for faulty unit. Tried again nothing. Contacted Asus trying to diagnose mobo and they said it was faulty, replaced and put new cpu in. To my surprise no picture.
I don’t know what to try next I have isolated the mobo, ram, cables, monitors, cpu. Downloaded a bios flash and completed it and still no picture…. I have an expensive brick and don’t know what to try next. I thought this setup had onboard graphics but when I try I see no signal still… any advise would be appreciated
Additionally tried one ram stick in each slot still nada all plugs are connected to my knowledge I just used the modular plugs from my old nzxt mobo and put the Lego pieces together
