No display, Q-code displays 9E, and 02 will be displayed after ten seconds.

I bought a new motherboard C8DH. After assembling the computer, the white light will display 9E at the same time. After about ten seconds, it will always display 02. The display does not respond.
The graphics card is the 6750XT I just bought, and I tried to replace it with a 2060 graphics card, but it still remains the same.
Trying to replace the TUF B550M motherboard is the same phenomenon.
There is no response when replacing the DP cable with an HDMI cable. What is the problem?
Could it be a RAM or SSD problem?

Hello,  @PeterChenyh

What is your current BIOS version? Have you tried clearing CMOS to troubleshoot the issue?
We recommend checking if your BIOS version is updated to support your CPU or above.
Please refer to the relevant FAQ: [Motherboard] How to query (CPU/memory) QVL List?

Regarding the white Q-LED indicator, it may indicate an issue with the VGA during the post-process. We also suggest checking the VGA connection, as in the [Motherboard] ASUS motherboard troubleshooting via Q-LED indicators.

In addition, please refer to [Motherboard] Troubleshooting - No Power/No Boot/No Display and test with minimal components to isolate the possible cause.

Thank you.

Due to the ongoing regional holidays, my responses may be slightly delayed.
Thank you in advance for your patience 🙂

Dear Jiaszzz,

Thanks Reply!
Since it is a newly purchased motherboard and cannot enter the bios, I don't know the BIOS version yet.
The CPU used is AMD's 3800XT
By the way, if there is no display on the monitor, even unplugging all the M.2 SSDs should not allow you to enter the system. How can I update the BIOS?
Tried clearing CMOS on B550M, but it didn't work. Haven't tried it yet on X570 C8DH
I just bought a 5000 series CPU and will check again tonight.
I will also try to use a single RAM to see if it works. I still don't think it is a graphics card problem.

If you have any questions, I will contact you again.

Many thanks,

Peter
