no audio enchanctments help please strix b650e f

hello i dont have audio enchantments tab  in sound control panel either with splitter on back of MB or in my case jack everything updated fine when i try update driver there is no option for realtek HD audio just realtek audio and USB audio 2.0 please help thanks

May I ask what kind of software or hardware changes occurred before this issue surfaced? For example, did you uninstall drivers or install a Windows update?
Have you connected speakers to the chassis or the rear panel of the motherboard?
Is there "Speaker (Realtek High Definition Audio)" in the Device Manager under "Audio inputs and outputs"?
If possible, please confirm the audio output device you are currently using, the connection location, the version of the Realtek Audio Driver, and check if there is an executable file named "RtkNGUI64" in the "C:\Program Files\Realtek\Audio\HDA" path.

thanks for reply... issue has been there since fresh windows install then installed all updates and still same i used the MB speakers port didnt have it there i used the front jack on case not there i finally plugged into my monitor and its there but dosnt solve my problem because now iv no mic,,, realtek driver is 6.3.9600.2333 inside ( sound video and game controllers) but in (audio inputs and outputs) its 10.0.22621.1 .... also the path you described dosnt exist apparently  im using headphones astro a40tr

May I ask if you are also using or installing any other audio configuration software?
If so, could you please try removing the software, restarting your system, and checking again?
Additionally, please cross-test with other audio devices, and if the issue persists, please share more scenarios and relevant screenshots or videos?
