Setup,
CPU: 7800X3D
M/B: ROG STRIX X670E-A
RAM: CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB DDR5 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5 6000MHz CL30 (CMH32GX5M2B6000Z30K) - QVL
BIOS: 2904
Chipset drivers: 7.02.13.148
---------------------------------------------------------------
Sometimes when I turn on or restart my system it will stall on the YELLOW DRAM light, but I've just restarted about 10 times and it hasn't done it, seems to be random, there have been a couple of occasions where it's stalled on the RED CPU light
When this problem occurs I usually wait at least 5 minutes to eliminate Memory training.
System seems to be stable within windows, I have ran a few CPU/CPU/MEMORY benchmarks and they pass.
Temps are good and well within specs.
Things I've done thus far,
-------------------------------------------------------
Currently testing: Enabling the 'monitoring software workaround' in Tweakers Paradise setting in BIOS.
-------------------------------------------------------
Problem solving this is going to take a while because it's completely random.
This is my first AMD build in 20 odd years, I was hoping things had improved over the years, my past Intel systems has been rock solid.

Hello @PacketofCrisps
Thank you for reaching out to us and for providing the detailed information.
We noticed that your current chipset driver version is 7.02.13.148. However, the latest version available on the official ROG STRIX X670E-A GAMING WIFI support page is 7.01.08.129. For optimal compatibility and support, we kindly recommend installing the version provided on our official website.
May we ask if your memory modules are installed in the recommended slots?
After clearing CMOS and booting with default BIOS settings, do you still occasionally encounter Q-LED indicators and boot failure?
Based on your description, we recommend referring to the user manual to ensure all components are installed correctly. Given that the CPU Q-LED indicator occasionally lights up, we also suggest checking for any bent pins in the CPU socket, as well as ensuring that the CPU is neither too loosely nor too tightly installed. Please also verify that all power cables are securely connected.
Thank you.
