New PC booting when PSU is turned on

My specs: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/9tk7sp

As the title said, my PC is automatically booting when I flip my PSU switch on. This doesn't really matter long term because I'll always have the PSU on, but since I've just built my new PC and have been doing some troubleshooting, I've noticed that it started doing this.

It didn't always do this, but at some point after installing Windows/ other programs/ doing generic new PC stuff, it started doing this every single time I flip that switch on.

Any ideas of what may be causing this, and if it could cause issues?

Thanks.

Hello @jrh0067

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Based on your description, if you would like to prevent your computer from automatically powering on when switching the PSU power switch to ON, please navigate to: BIOS > Advanced Mode > Advanced > APM Configuration, and set "Restore AC Power Loss" to [Power Off].

For more details or additional related settings, please refer to page 53 of the ROG STRIX X870-A GAMING WIFI BIOS user manual.

Thank you.
