New build won't post Asus x670e-e Wifi gaming

New build won't post. Q codes are 46,00,15, and then settles on c5. I've flashed the bios forward. I've tried to clear cmos with button on back. I have tried single and dual ram. It won't post no matter what I do. Don't have other ddr5 ram to test either. I have tried seemingly everything and am at my wits end. Please help me.

Regarding the Q-codes you mentioned, we recommend referring to the [Motherboard] Common Q-CODE (Error CODE) and Troubleshooting guide for the corresponding codes for AMD platform boards.
Additionally, please consult the ROG STRIX X670E-E GAMING WIFI manual to ensure the CPU, memory, and related hardware are installed correctly, that there are no bent pins on the CPU, memory is installed in the recommended slots, and that the memory or GPU's gold fingers are not damaged.
