New PC and when it's running, it's stable. Now it won't turn on, either on the case or directly on the board. The LEDs were also all switched off. Switched off the main power supply unit for a few second until the power totally off from the PC using the toggle ON/OFF switch behind the PC casing and then switched it on, it work again. Can't turn on normally. Any advice?

Hello @hafiz2208
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Could you please clarify if this issue occurred after the PC was first built or after using it for some time and occurred following any recent changes, such as a BIOS update or component replacement?
When the system fails to boot, are there any Q-LED indicators, Q-codes, or flashing lights that appear?
If the issue occurs only after updating to the new BIOS, it may be related to differences in power management settings. We recommend clearing CMOS to see if this resolves the issue.
Additionally, you could try cross-testing with another PSU to determine if there are any differences in behavior, if possible.
Thank you.

Hello @hafiz2208
Could you confirm which BIOS version you were using previously?
In addition to recommending that you verify the hardware connections, we kindly suggest clearing CMOS and checking the system again, or consider reflash to the previous BIOS version to determine if the results differ.
Please also ensure that there are no additional restrictions in the system's power mode settings and that the Fast Startup feature is disabled.
