While this may not solve your issue, It looks like your CPU cooling fans are unplugged. The fans are not spinning in the pics you provided. Many MB will not post if they do not see at least 1 fan plugged into the CPU fan header.

please check the second picture, in which when i press the power button, fans are working

Hi @khubaib_qasim

It seems the VGA Q-LED is lit.

Inspect the CPU and socket for any debris or damage.

Remove the CMOS battery and AC for 5 to 10 minutes then reattempt with single memory module is A2.

If no change, contact service for your region.

@Silent_Scone its showing led own color, all the POST Lights are off

plugged the liquid cooler fan and still the same result, no POST lights

Did you plug in a fan to the CPU FAN header and not just the CPU OPT header?

BTW I was going off of both the first and second picture where the fan connectors are not plugged in but dangling next to the CPU and CPU OPT fan headers. In the second pic you can see the coolers fans are not spinning but the rear and top fans are spinning.

@Bgunner yes i plug those two connectors on top header these are coolers fan but no lock.

Hello, @khubaib_qasim

Could you please clarify if this issue occurred after the PC was first built (e.g., using second-hand components) or after using it for some time following any recent changes, such as a BIOS update or component replacement?
If the above suggestions do not help, we recommend referring to User Manuel to recheck all power cables and display signal connections for proper connection and trying cross-testing with other CPU, RAM, PSU, and monitor.
Alternatively, kindly consider contacting the place of purchase for post-service or ASUS customer service in your area if needed.

Thank you.

Due to the ongoing regional holidays, my responses may be slightly delayed.
Thank you in advance for your patience 🙂

Have you swapped the ram stick into slot A2? This is the last slot on the right.

So when you push the power button none of the POST lights cycle on then off?
