I havent had a reply in my last post so thought I'd start another one.
When I first got my PC I had the RAM in slots B2 and A2 and it worked fine. After around 10 days it just wouldnt boot (which was the reason for the original post) I tried all combinations, A2+B2, A1+B1, A1+B2, ect and the computer NEVER booted with 2 sticks of RAM in it, no matter where they are and it always boots with 1 stick of RAM, no matter where it is. I would like to point out again I have used 2 sets of RAM for the same issue thinking it might the RAM, it isnt and to be safe I refunded the one I had because it wasnt on your list (even though I know its compatible, just knew you would fight back on that) I now have one that is on the list of accepted RAM and I cant get the PC to boot with 2 stick of RAM. I have tried ALL possible combinations and it will only boot with 1 stick of RAM., when there are 2 sticks, it gets stuck with an orange light for the RAM and wont load PC.
Reference of the RAM: FF4D532G6000HC38ADC01---Team Group Delta RGB Blanca DDR5 6000 32GB 2x16 CL38
I was told by customer service agent to "updated to the latest version 1636 released on August 4, 2023" but I cant find it anywhere and he didnt link it.
Any ideas?

I'd try clearing the cmos and see if this gets it to boot.
Your motherboard has a clear cmos header, you can use the cpu overvoltage jumper to clear the cmos.
The cpu overvoltage jumper is probably set to disabled with the jumper connected to pins 1 and 2, be sure to put it back after clearing the cmos.
The forum isn't letting me upload photos at the moment, so have a look in the motherboard manual on pages 1-16 1-17.
Any luck booting with 2 sticks after trying this?

Hello Ulfur,
There is a newer bios version - 1654.
ROG STRIX B650E-F GAMING WIFI | Motherboards | ROG United States (asus.com)
The recommended configuration for your ram is slots A-2 B-2. You can use one stick of ram to update the bios, then once the bios is updated, shut down your pc and install the 2nd stick.
Updating the bios resets the motherboard to default settings, after the bios update, two sticks should boot right up for you.

Hi Nate,
Thanks for the link. I followed the instructions but I'm afraid it hasn't worked, it still won't boot and at this point it must mean the MOBO is faulty or do you have any other ideas?

Cleared CMOS didnt work. Tried other combinations of the RAM, clearing CMOS in between, didnt work. Then did one last CMOS with the 2 sticks in and it booted. Very weird, i dont understand, but its working now, thanks Nate

If it happens again, you may want to consider remounting the CPU. Dropping DIMM slots is often a contact issue.
