Can anyone think of a reason that the m.2 slot, the main pcie slot, ethernet port would not be working? Am I going to have to return this?

Hello, @blitzgp2
May I inquire about the brand and model of your current M.2 SSD and which slot it is installed in?
We recommend trying the latest BIOS version 2002, released on February 23, 2024, after clearing CMOS, to reevaluate the situation.
Please ensure all the drivers are up-to-date and cross-test with other SSDs or M.2 slots, if needed.
Meanwhile, as you recently made the purchase, if you have any concerns, we suggest promptly contacting your retailer for post-purchase assistance.
Thank you.

Samsung 990 Pro. Initially installed into slot 1, but it worked in slot 2. Video card is a Gigabyte 4070, did not work in the main slot (I can't remember the pcie designations, but it has the extra release button), but worked in the second slot. Armory refused to install during W11, but I was able to use oobe\bypassnro and got it to install and ethernet and wifi work. I did update to 2002, but I had to use the work around to get network adapters to install.

Hello, @blitzgp2
Based on your description, the M.2 slot, PCIe slot, and 2.5Gb Ethernet port are all experiencing abnormalities.
However, you can still install OS. Is IT indicating that the system can boot up correctly, display properly, and recognize SSDs?
Could you please specify how each of the aforementioned components is malfunctioning?
When M.2 or GPU abnormalities occur, we suggest cross-testing with other M.2 SSDs or slots, as well as other GPUs or integrated graphics.
Concerning the abnormality in the 2.5Gb Ethernet port, could you describe the LED indications when the anomaly occurs?
Please refer to the steps in "[Motherboard] How to fix the cable network problems of Motherboard – Troubleshooting."
If possible, we would appreciate further clarification to better understand your current situation.
Thank you.
