hello, sir. I have a problem with the firmware on my motherboard where it is out of date at version 0.0.0.0, this impacts my PC drivers and TPM 2.0 in the bios, I have already tried all the methods available on the Asus website, but I have not been successful.

Hello @Macrium

Thank you for reaching out to us.
May I ask which BIOS version you are currently using, and under what specific operations did the Intel ME firmware change to 0.0.0.0?
In general, setting the ME Operation Mode under PCH-FW Configuration to [Temporary Disabled] may result in the Intel ME firmware displaying as 0.0.0.0. However, based on the provided image, it appears that there are no configurable options available on the PCH-FW Configuration page.
Have you tried clearing CMOS and then checking the BIOS settings again? If possible, please try changing the ME Operation Mode to [Normal] and verify the results once more.

Thank you.

Hi @Jiaszzz_ROG,

Thank you for your response and concern!

Of course! This was one of the methods I tried, as outlined on the Asus website and in the motherboard manual.

Here's a link to some videos and photos I took: Google Drive.
