Motherboard registered with OUT of Warranty (Need to update Purchase date)

Hello ROG Team.

 

I bought in March of 2025 one X870E HERO CrossHair, I was able to register with my Elite Rewards, but it was recognized as Out of Warranty, looks like it is a bug with the system.

 

Support told me to use the following address to update: 

https://www.asus.com/nl/support/warranty-status-inquiry/

 

But when I submit the request, it just say, sorry, service is out, try again later.

 

I tried multiple times and never work.

Can you help me to fix my warranty status?

Sorry for the delay in our response and any inconvenience it may have caused. May we kindly ask if you are now able to successfully register your product after some time has passed?
For product registration, please refer to the instructions in How to register my ASUS product.
Regarding the warranty period, please note that it will begin based on the device's serial number and date of delivery, unless a valid purchase invoice is uploaded to update the warranty start date. To do so, please follow the steps outlined in How to upload the purchase invoice to submit your proof of purchase. 
If you are experiencing issues accessing the registration page with a specific browser, we recommend clearing your browser cache or trying again with a different browser.
