Hello there, I've been having issues with my computer for a few months and it has finally reached a point where I can't even get it to boot anymore.
It began with a faulty 13900k that required replacement. I got it done and installed with just one problem - soft power up would result in a Q Code of 16 and prevent a boot. I got around this with a hard boot. This worked fine for months.
Then Applications and programs crashed if it stressed my CPU too hard. I thought perhaps it was just overheating so I purchased an AIO water cooler for it. It still has issues, but was generally more stable. Within a week of getting it installed I encountered the issue that brings me here.
I turn my computer on, the RBB on the motherboard lights up, the start and Flex Key button lights up, but apart from that nothing at all. No fans, no fan lights. No sounds, no Q Code, no screen no boot.
I just turned it off and on one day and it just had this problem.
I've checked the power pins and they seem secure, but apart from that I'm at a loss. I manage to get it booted up three times in a row since having this problem and each time I couldn't progress because it said a keyboard was not detected. I'm not sure if that's related or not, though.
Motherboard: RoG Maximus z790 Hero
CPU: Intel i9 13900k
GPU: 2080ti
Ram: x2 16GB TridentZ 5
One thing that I did notice when I installed the AIC was the CPU pins on the motherboard had been bent in one spot, like 6 of them. It's about the only thing I'd guess to be the culprit, but then again it also worked fine for months prior and a week after like that and I did straighted them when I discovered the condition.
Tl:Dr:
When I turn the PC on it only illuminates the ROG Hero RGB and the Start button on the motherboard. Nothing else gets powered.

Hello @Lili_Chen2005
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Could you please provide the current BIOS version you're using, and whether there are any overclocking settings for the CPU or RAM? does clearing CMOS improve the issue?
For the problem with not being able to boot, we recommend referring to the [Motherboard] Troubleshooting - No Power/No Boot/No Display guide and the user manual to ensure that all hardware components are correctly installed.
If needed, please try a bare-board test:
Install only the CPU on the motherboard without the chassis, use onboard graphics for video output, install single RAM stick into the DIMM_A2 slot, and confirm if the system can power on and enter the BIOS.
Additionally, could you provide a photo showing any bent CPU pins, as they can indeed cause the issues you're describing?
Kindly consider arranging an RMA if necessary, and feel free to DM me with the serial number of your motherboard, RMA number, and detailed context at any time.
Thank you.
