Motherboard issue with usb port

Hi I bought a new x670e hero motherboard and the issue is one of the red usb ports does not work at all. Every device I plug in does nothing. I have had this board for 2 and half months. The device's I tried work fine in another computer but not this usb port. I emailed and called Asus they said they can't take the motherboard back due to me being in the UK and the RMA process will not be honoured and I need to contact the store. I paid over £400 for a mobo only to have a usb port just brake. Any help
