Motherboard error code

Hello,

I recently upgraded my pc to a ROG STRIXZ 790-E Gaming WIFI mother board, Installed a new CPU (Intel i7-14700K), A new power supply (corsair RM850e), new ram (Corsair Vengance RGB DDR5 32gb) and a corsair 360mm AIO. Reused my Nvidia rtx 3050 GPU and Kingston ssd. While playing once human or call of duty I get one continuous beep from the mother board with no short beeps after it. I'm thinking my GPU might be on its way out but I can't find anything that states what would cause the beep. Any help would be much appreciated!

Hi @Skatejoe3

What happens when the system starts to beep? Does it not stop until the system is turned off?

Firstly I would check:

  • all power cables (24-pin ATX, 8-pin EPS, GPU) are secure. Monitor voltages with HWMonitor.
  • Check your AIO is mounted and working, and monitor CPU/GPU temps.
  • Test the RTX 3050 in another system or try a different GPU.
