Motherboard and CPU Compatibility

Good Afternoon, Good Evening and Good Night !

Right now i have this motherboard Asus ROG Strix B760-f Gaming Wifi with CPU Intel I5 13600K.

And i want to upgrade my CPU to either
- Processor Intel Core i9-14900K 3.2GHz Up To 6.0GHz - [Box] LGA 1700 

or

- Processor Intel Core i9-14900KF 3.2GHz Up To 6.0GHz - [Box] LGA 1700

Is it Compatible ? will there be any bottleneck or problem? 

And should there be any minimum graphic card for the I9 14th Gen CPU? Right now i have Gigabyte RTX 3070 Gaming OC
