I just successfully performed a full upgrade to W11 without any issues, everything works perfectly afterwards.
First follow the excellent TPM advice in this thread.
Because I am in the UK I bought an ASUS TPM from the very reliable Ballicom.

a. Perform a Full Upgrade, which keeps personal files (including drivers), apps, and Windows Settings. This is the default experience and is the one that Installation Assistant uses.
