Hello fellows, I have urgent questions regarding my system.
12th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-12700K
Asus ROG MAXIMUS Z690 HERO
ROG Ryuo III 360 ARGB
G- Kills F5-6000U3636E16GX2-TZ5RS
Windows 10 Bios 3501
Monitor ROG Swift 360Hz PG259QNR
WD 850 X
I have the problem that I'm always too slow in games. Whatever the reason, IPS fiber optic. My teammates consistently get more kills than me. And are faster in terms of speed. I now suspect that I have some CPU/Ram complications, that they don't talk to each other properly and that something is blocking me or that something isn't set correctly in the bios. I'm playing with the handbrake on for whatever reason. Maybe a very nice colleague has the same problem and I would be very happy about it. Because I'm very desperate, that's why. Thank you very much in advance for this

Hello marc-luebke
What gpu are you using?
If you're using the onboard graphics of the 12700K, this would explain the poor performance.
Try turning off the handbrake and see if performance improves.

Hi Dear Thank you for getting in touch.
Sorry, I'm using the RTX ASUS Dual GeForce RTX 3070 8GB V2 gaming graphics card
Do you have any idea what it could be? Windows 10 is newly installed
PC is clean and free of dust. As if the CPU were running in save mode or the RAM was running in save mode. Maybe they had setting parameters that I could check. Volt current consumption or maybe there is an error in enable or diseanble MFG Marc

You're welcome
So, you have the ROG Swift PG259QNR 360Hz 1080p monitor, you should be getting good performance with the ASUS Dual RTX 3070.
Close all background programs such as handbrake and MFG Marc, and anything else that isn't needed to play games. Too many programs running in the background can impact performance.
Ping can impact performance, run an internet speed test to see you're getting the optimal speed, it will also show your ping. Too high of ping will cause lag.
How many frames per second are you getting in your games? You can install GPU Tweak III, turn on the OSD and monitor your frames per second. - GPU Tweak III | Ultimate GPU Tuning Tool | ASUS
If you can post us a screenshot of HWinfo, this might tell us something. If you install HWinfo, click the Sensors tab, it will show this page below. - HWinfo ROG Edition - HWiNFO Download v8.12 (guru3d.com)

Hi Nate152 Thank you very much for taking this matter into account 1. The RTX 3070 Asus should also work as it has enough speed I play the game in Teamspeak in 4 VS 4 (random) mode, we are all 4 German players, everyone accesses the server from Germany evenly. And we're connected via Teamspeak. The problem is that I'm the slowest despite the fact that I have everything from Asus. I built the PC specifically so that I don't have these problems, although unfortunately I still have them. My friends always say that I should move more even though I'm moving and I can only see what's happening on the monitor. What's strange is that when I set it to 60 Hz I get 200 FPS according to Nvidea and sometimes it's even more at 120 Hz. What's crazy is the FPS number is so high but I'm still too slow. I don't have any software on the PC to rule it out. The PC has been completely reinstalled without any improvements and I don't run the OC. Maybe it's the graphics card that should be running because I have 2 monitors connected to it. I'm totally at a loss but in the other game we play they also say it, which means it affects 2 games. I feel that something has too little power, too much power or communication is blocked in the bios m e.g. RAM bad CPU defective graphics card is very slow or something like that Maybe in the bios power saving mode if there is something like that

You're welcome and thank you for the screenshots.
You don't want to be setting the refresh rate to 60Hz or 120Hz. When your frames per second go over this, you will get screen tear and could possibly be what's making you feel slow or laggy.
For testing purposes:
1) Disconnect your other monitor.
2) Check the refresh rate in Windows and the Nvidia Control Panel are set to 360Hz. I have a 240Hz monitor so this is the highest I'm able to set the refresh rate. Be sure to click Apply in the Nvidia Control Panel.
3) Check G-Sync is enabled in the Nvidia Control Panel, be sure to click Apply.
4) In the game settings, make sure V-Sync or Vertical Sync is turned off. This is usually found in the game's graphics or display settings.
5) Your memory is showing it's running at 4800MHz. Go into the bios, on the Extreme Tweaker page set the Ai Overclock Tuner to X.M.P. 1, then hit F10 and Enter to Save and Exit. This will bring your memory speed up to 6000MHz.
6) Try your game.
Is it running any smoother?

Hi nate, I can only run the game at 60 Hz otherwise it's still shimmering. The problem is set to XMP 1. According to your picture, I have other values. Could it be that my values are not correct??

The CPU Turbo is either not right or no

I have my 12700KF overclocked to an all P-Core 5200MHz, your 5000MHz is normal for default settings.
I forgot to mention:
X.M.P can be hit or miss. After enabling it, your system may or may not be stable. If you have freezing or BSOD's, shut down your pc, press and hold the clear CMOS button for 3 seconds. This will reset the bios to default settings and let you boot up.
So, if you're stable after enabling X.M.P. then all is good. If unstable, manual tuning will be needed to get you stable.
I'd like to know what is causing the stutter. To give us a better idea, can you record a minute or so of gameplay and post the video here?
Maybe this will help identify what's causing it.
