Hello, I just build a computer for a friend :
- MOBO : ROG STRIX B650E-E GAMING WIFI (update to latest BIOS on date)
- CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
- RAM :G.Skill Trident Z5 NEO RGB
- M.2 SSD : WD Black SN850X
- GPU : MSI Radeon RX 6700 XT MECH 2X 12G OC
We set up the computer, installed W11 Home edition, several games and softwares, and everything was working fine for a couple of days.
But suddenly when he turned it on, the M.2 SSD wasn't visible anymore.
When turning ON, the BIOS opens and in the boot menu you can't see the M.2 DISK
Do you have any hints how to find the issues ? Could it be an M.2 SSD failure ?
Thank you very much for your help.

Update : in the end it was the M.2 SSD that was bad, replaced it with a new one and everything is good now.

The current bios is : Version 1636, and I tried to clear CMOS to get back to factory BIOS without changes.
Also, the BIOS settings are all on still on ''DEFAULT''.
