Am so confused about this in the manual.
M.2_2 & M.2_3 slots share bandwidth with PCIEX16(G5).
When M.2_2 & M.2_3 are occupied with SSD devices, PCIEX16(will run x8 only.)
When i read "When M.2_2 AND M.2_3 are occupied with SSD devices, PCIEX16(will run x8 only"
i understand it as if BOTH are occupied with SSD device, PCIEX16 will run x8 only?
So if i put only 1 M.2 disc on M.2_2 and M.2_3 is not used it still going to run PCIEX16 as X16?

Hi @ashleasacht
Verbiage is not the best, but my understanding is if either is occupied, PCIEX16(G5) is reduced to x8.

Hello ashleasacht
Both M.2_2 and M.2_3 slots share bandwidth with PCIEX16(G5), populating any of these two slots will drop the PCIEX16(G5) to x8.
If you're using an 8000 series cpu, M.2_2 and M.2_3 will be disabled.
