Hey,
i've bought new x870-F motherboard and since then having lag spikes when watching streams. Dont see them in games, only on streams when watching. Stream start buffer for 1-5s then comes back on and when i check task manager internet section it shows it drops down to 0 and then high spike up. I've disabled EEE and updated all drivers, nothing seems to work. This doenst impact games, only streams which start buffers and increase delays.
