1. using usb 2.0 ports
2. CMOS reset
3. switching everything
But still no luck. Plz help. it is my first build and i am not an expert.
luckily, i used one of my friends motherboard(msi a620m-e) to check other components they are fine but the a620m-e doesnt have a 5v d connector for the aio cooler.

Based on your description, could you confirm whether the same issue occurs when the system passes POST and reaches the login screen? Were you able to resolve the issue by cross-testing different ports on the rear I/O panel, or does the problem persist regardless of which ports are used?
Additionally, when the issue occurs, do any Q-LED Core indicators appear on the motherboard?
Have you checked your current BIOS settings to ensure that none of the USB ports have been disabled? We also recommend updating the BIOS to the latest version and clearing CMOS before checking again.
