Hello, @Fiftykilowatt

May I ask if you are currently experiencing issues with the MB RGB not syncing with Aura Sync as well as the MB being unable to update in the update center?
Did this problem occur right after initially assembling the PC, or did it start after any software or hardware changes, such as after updating Armoury Crate or a Windows update?
Please try uninstall and reinstall Armoury Crate and reboot to see if the problem can be solve.

Thank you.

Due to the ongoing regional holidays, my responses may be slightly delayed.
Thank you in advance for your patience 🙂

Hey sorry i have been a little short on explanation but you pretty much nailed it. Although i have fixed the first issue, the green light issue persists for a while already. I did bios update, rollback and redid it, clear cmos and even stealth mode in bios don’t turned it of. I built it about a year ago and had no issues since. Until this happened

Hello, @Fiftykilowatt

If the problem persists after being reinstalled, could you help record and share the relevant logs for us to verify further?
For log operation steps, please refer to "Q5: What is App Diagnostics? (New Feature)" and ensure that you have confirmed and checked the "Record Log" option before proceeding with the steps to replicate the issue, such as the unsuccessful updating steps and MB fail to Aura Sync.
And kindly record a video simultaneously and provide it to us, allowing us to better correlate the log with the actual scenario.
After recording the log, please upload it to the cloud, approve access, and provide the link.

Meanwhile, kindly confirm the following information below as well.
- a screenshot of the complete Armoury Crate update center
- the content of the setting in BIOS (or whether it is the default)
- the brand and model name of the CPU, DRAM, GPU, and PSU currently installed
- the OS version and OS build
Please help compile the above information, and I will forward it to the relevant departments for further investigation.

Thank you

Well yeah shure i can do that although the update issue is gone. I have clean installed the whole Crate suite and it looks like it works fine. Just the green light won’t go away and i fear it may be hardware related but i do my best providing documentation asap.

Hello, @Fiftykilowatt

Since I cannot download the file you recorded because access is not granted, could you please check the cloud file's download settings again?
According to your latest update, the issue with updating the motherboard in Armoury Crate has been resolved, but you still cannot set Aura Sync to dark mode.
Have you tried rebooting after making the settings? Is the "green light" the Q-LED indicator on the motherboard or an RGB lighting effect?
Regarding the motherboard's RGB lighting after shutdown, besides configuring the BIOS, you also need to set the shutdown lighting effect to "off" in Armoury Crate.
Please refer to [Motherboard] How to turn off the AURA lighting effect of the MB/AIO water cooling/ROG keyboard and... for detailed steps if needed.

Thank you.

https://www.icloud.com/iclouddrive/047Als_mkE3AC-VYXtRECavnQ#Asus_sup , well accessible to everyone who has a link, but i do a google drive link as well. No I don’t think it has something to do with debug since i have a proper debug segmented display and debug led (amber, green, white) and i had Armory Crate functioning no problem, the green light turned on a couple weeks ago and since it persisted to stay on even when enabling stealth mode in bios/uefi. I re flashed the bios 2805, no change, flashed the previous one, still green, clear cmos, back to 2805, clean installed crate but no change. I even unplugged it and took the battery out for at least 12 hours but pre boot it went right back on. Its strange because on the other hand, my flowmeter witch has only a single led has stopped working although I don’t believe that it has travelled through my system 😂 but its still funny. The led itself doesn’t bother me to much i am just afraid to have a short that may kill my entire platform at some point 🙉
