Issues with B650E-E

Hi All,

So I've pretty much had constant issues with my B650E-E board since I got it.  First, I was never able to get any fan RPM readings which still persists to this day.  I didn't want to go through the RMA process so I just bit the bullet on that.  Now I'm having an issue which is impacting my usability and wanted to see if there's any way to resolve this.  I'm having some issues where the USB-C port on the rear and front panel are constantly disconnecting.  For example, I'll plug in my iphone and the pc will recognize that I have the device connected and charges my phone but I cannot get itunes or copytrans to work.  The apps will recognize a phone is connected as expected but then disconnect within seconds.  I confirmed the motherboard is the issue since i've tested the cable and phone on another system without issue.  Is there anything I can do to get this working?  I've seen a number of other B650 USB port issue posts in my search but didnt see any resolution.

Regarding the fan speed issue, may I confirm if the fan speed cannot be detected in Armoury Crate?
Could you kindly provide more detailed information about the scenario, including which header on the motherboard the fan is connected to (e.g., CPU_FAN, CHA_FAN), along with relevant screenshots?

As for the issue where your iPhone charges but cannot transfer data, may I know which specific port you are using?
We recommend ensuring that your BIOS, OS, chipset, and relevant drivers are fully updated. Additionally, please check that there are no specific power management restrictions configured in either the BIOS or the OS. For further guidance, you may refer to [Windows 11/10] Change Power mode and plan.

We also suggest clearing CMOS and disabling both Fast Boot in the BIOS and Fast Startup within the OS to see if this helps.

Thanks for the reply.  I don't use Armoury Crate but there are no readings for any of the fans even within BIOS for any of the fans.  CPU fans, Chassis fans etc.  Not a single fan reading is available.  I am currently on the latest bios and have formatted and reinstalled all of the latest drivers in hopes of fixing this.  My system will recognize a device was plugged in but then data immediately disconnects and I cant access the device, even though charging still continues.  This behavior is repeatable on both the rear and front USB-C connections.  Didn't trust going through the warranty process...probably the last Asus board i'll buy
