my pc specifications are besides the motherboard that i said that has the pc in this POST title, a SSD 256 GB P3-256 SATA-III storage device a NVIDIA Gefroce GTX 1650 Super4 GB VRAM GPU for playing videogames and a GeIL CL16-16-16 D4-2400 8 GB RAM DDR4-SDRAM RAM Memory Card is that pc based in its specifications compatible with Windows 11 Pro Version 23H2 Build 22631.3527 ?

Everything looks like it should be compatible with windows 11.
1) 8GB of memory could give you problems when playing games, 16GB (2x8GB) is recommended for most modern games. 2x8GB will also give you dual channel.
2) You'll have to enable the Firmware PTT setting in the bios for windows 11 to install. This is found in the bios, Advanced tab, PCH-FW Configuration.
3) Because the GTX 1650 is an older gpu, you may have to enable CSM (Compatibility Support Module), this is found in the bios on the Boot tab.
