I just got a new z790 plus wifi d4 and I can't install windows

I just got that motherboard and whenever I try and install windows from a boot drive it enters a boot loop and after a while it kicks me back into the bios, the green boot led is turned on and the rest of my parts are brand new so idk what's going on, I've updated my bios so I'm really lost as to what's happening.

My parts are an intel i5 13 13600k, amd rx 6800, 16gb ram t force 3200.

Could you please specify if you have installed an SSD or HDD and which slot or port on the motherboard it is connected to? 
If the Q-LED indicator light for a Boot Device error is on during the POST process, please refer to the relevant section in [Motherboard] ASUS motherboard troubleshooting via Q-LED indicators.
