When I turn the power supply off and on, the motherboard freezes while loading the processor. The red led is on and that's how it freezes.
The only solution I discovered to turn on the system is to remove the bios battery and insert it.
When I disconnect and reconnect the power to move the system to another place, I get CPU error again and I have to remove and re-plug the bios battery.
I request your help for a permanent solution.

Hello, @bmanav64
I apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delayed response, as there have been consecutive holidays at our location in recent days.
May I ask if the situation you described happened after any changes were made? For example, updating the BIOS or connecting an external device
As for the red LED, are you referring to the Q-LED indicator lights on the motherboard?
If the description refers to a red LED indicating the CPU, we suggest referring to [Motherboard] ASUS motherboard troubleshooting via Q-LED indicators for troubleshooting steps.
If it's not related to that, could you please provide a further description or relevant photos or videos to help us better understand your issue?
Thank you.

Same problem here. Simply turn off the power (power plug) and when you try to turn it on it stuck on red light (cpu check). Reset bios (by removing battery) helps, but next time same thing. If you simply turn it off but not removing power cord from socket there is no problem. it powers on quickly but if you remove the cord it stuck on red light again. No new devices changed or connected.
