Hello, @Maidens
Regarding the scenario, may I ask if the system fails to boot with a solid red Q-LED indicator after disconnecting and reconnecting the PSU power cable following shutdown? How do you currently resolve this issue?
Have you tried reinstalling or testing with a different CPU and checking the CPU socket for bent pins or other abnormalities?
For further details, please refer to the following: [Motherboard] ASUS motherboard troubleshooting via Q-LED indicators
Is the "Restore AC Power Loss" setting in the BIOS set to [Last State] or another option? Does clearing CMOS resolve the issue?
Thank you.

Hello,
currently I resolve this isue with hard restart PC (here is a video, secondly is booting to bios)
After this restart the PC starts normally to Windows until the next power loss.
Clearing CMOS and changing AC Power Loss to "last state" does not help. CPU is brand new.
PC Specs:
MB x670e-plus, CPU Ryzen 9 7900
Kingston Fury Beast DIMM DDR5 32GB 6000MHz
XFX AMD Radeon 6800 XT
PSU: Fortron Hyper M 700W
Thank you:)

Hello, @Maidens
Thank you for sharing the details and video.
Could you please clarify if this issue occurred after the PC was first built or after using it for some time and occurred following any recent changes, such as a BIOS update or component replacement?
Regarding my previous inquiry, have you tried cross-testing with another CPU or confirming the current CPU is correctly installed with no bent pins?
At 1:21 in the video, what did you do to make it successfully pass POST and boot?
Also, the BIOS version is 1813 according to the Safe Mode screen.
Please consider updating to the latest BIOS version and clearing CMOS, then check again.
Thank you.

Yes, this is hapening after first PC built (1/2023) till now. None of the BIOS updates fixed this issue. Now, last Bios 2613 seems fixing this problem. I will monitor the PC's behavior. Thank you.
