HELP Z790 VGA WHITE SOLID LED + BOOT SOLOD GREEN

i7 14th Gen (14700KF)
ASUS TUF Z790 PLUS WiFi

32GB G-SKILL DDR5 6000
ROG STRIX 1000W 80PLUS GOLD
1 TB PCIE 4 NVMe (SAMSUNG 990 PRO)
2 TB PCIE 4 NVMe (SAMSUNG 990 PRO)
ICUE H150i ELITE LCD XT

I built this setup for a friend of mine and we tried to boot the system for the first time and here comes the problem.

VGA LED (Solid white) with a BOOT LED (Solid Green) comes on the Debug LED and we're pretty much stuck with that, no picture out as you guessed.

We tried:
-unplugging the GPU and re-plugging it back on again.
-Disconnect all the peripherals (mouse, keyboard, as well as the Windows media Flash that we got it ready for the installation)
now as we speak we're unplugging everything from the motherboard then removing the Battery for 30 minutes for the bios to reset in case the booting process went bananas for any reason.

I've heard about these boards not coming natively compatible with 14th Gen CPUs, and here's what drives me crazy, I can't seem to figure out how to even flash a new BIOS update into this board, nothing on the manual that mentions such a thing not even Cmos clearing button Nor a BIOS Flash button or LED.
This is my explanation of the BOOT LED staying on during the booting process and I could be very wrong.

I, myself, checked every connection in the build from the PSU to every Motherboard port and nothing to seem out of the ordinary.
I really it was something we forgot but nothing comes to mind as if we forgot to plug or check something specific.

And now at this point, we're desperate for any tips, advice, or if anyone came anywhere close to a problem like we're having.
Thank you guys in advance.

Hi, do you have bios 1205 installed (it is the first compatible with i7 14700KF) I advise you to update it to the latest bios 1604.
Because there is no BIOS FlashBack method on this motherboard you are forced to enter the bios and update it with Easy Flash Utility in the Bios Tools menu in Advanced mode (F7).
So if the card does not have at least bios 1205 you would be happy to have a CPU from the previous generation LGA 1700 to update the bios and reinstall after your i7 14000KF.

Thanks for the reply.

I guess we look for an older CPU then try and update

I'm having the same issue. The sticker on the motherboard says 1220 so it should be compatible with the 14700KF. I've tried 3 different known working cards with no luck. An RTX 3050, GTX 1060 6GB, and a GTX 970.

I had a similar problem with a previous build for someone else that had the same motherboard and a 13700K. It wouldn't boot with a dedicated graphics card installed, but did when I tried without the card. I had tried it with the RTX 4070 Ti that is was getting, and the GTX 1060 6GB. It wouldn't boot with either. I then tried without a card and it had no problems. I can't do that this time because of the lack of integrated graphics.

I solved it, you'll need a previous gen cpu to not the system then update the BIOS, the boards aren't natively supporting the 14th Gen cpus.

They should be when they claim it does. Otherwise they are doing a disservice to their customers.

So I have a friend with a 12400F that I tried and it has done the same thing. It fails just the same. I have a 12100 on order and will try again with onboard graphics. Overall I am not happy and considering not selling them to customers going forward.
