Hello
I'm kinda desperate so I'm posting here as a last resort since I feel like I tried everything I could.
Made a new computer, doesn't post. White and green solid led on motherboard upon start. Can't access bios since nothing shows on HDMI display.
Case : GT-302 Asus
Motherboard : Tuf Z790-BTF Wifi
CPU : Intel i7-14700K
Graphic card : RTX 4070 Ti Super BTF
PSU : Be Quiet straight power 12, 1500W
Ram : Corsair Titanium 6400Mhz DDR5 2X16
Water-cooling : Corsair Titan 360 RX
Debug process :
Removed the Graphic Card and HDMI cable moved to the motherboard - Same problem, white and green solid led.
Saw the same problem on this post Link , so I ordered an i3-13100F and replaced the CPU to try and get it to post (and update the BIOS). Still no post. Same LEDs even with an older gen CPU.
Checked the power cable of the Graphic Card. One 600W directly branched to the PSU.
The Graphic card is well fixed in the motherboard. Both fans and LED and running.
Checked 3x times all the cables on the motherboard. Didn't see anything wrong anywhere.
Here's the picture of the motherboard and the cables. Please excuse the cable management, I had to remove the PSU.
If someone has an idea, please don't hesitate. I don't know what else to do after that

Hello @Velmidos
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Based on your description, when the system fails to boot and the Q-LED indicators show white and yellow-green, this typically indicates an issue with detecting the display or boot devices during the POST process. Please refer to [Motherboard] ASUS motherboard troubleshooting via Q-LED indicators for troubleshooting guidance.
Considering that you are experiencing the same issue even with iGPU, we recommend reviewing the user manual to ensure that all hardware components are correctly installed. This includes confirming that the CPU pins are not bent and that the CPU is neither too loose nor too tight in its socket.
Additionally, please try removing the case and booting the system with only the CPU, CPU cooler, RAM, and PSU installed on the motherboard, and clear CMOS to see if you can access the BIOS. If needed, please cross-test with other CPUs or hardware configurations to help isolate potential hardware issues.
If the issue persists and the above suggestions do not resolve it, given that the product was recently purchased, we recommend contacting your reseller for after-sales support as soon as possible.
Thank you.
