some days ago suddenly after a Windows freeze (starting Steam) and rebooting, the BIOS of my ASUS TUF F15 (FX507ZV4) did not detect the HDD saying no storage found. I was a bit shocked and thought the HDD was gone but after I shut down and turned on again, then BIOS found the HDD and all data was there. Also the Windows HDD check did not find any errors. Works fine since them and after several reboots and usage days.
So of course I hope this was a one time event. What would be a reason for it, did you also experience this, and could I do any other checks (without opening the laptop as I am not an expert there) ?
