Got a new SSD and the motherboard socket dosnt work i think

My current SSD is not enough for todays games, and im a bit sick of uninstalling and  installing everything, so i bought another 2T so i can actually have a few games on my computer

The one that came with the PC: WD Blue SN550 1TB NVMe M.2 SSD

ive installed the latest Bios version for my motherboard: ROG STRIX B560-F GAMING WIFI

The new SSD: Kingston FURY Renegade M.2 2280 SSD 2TB

i got 2 sockets on my motherboard for SSD's, the one that i have been using since i got my computer works, i've tried with the new one, it works, so no fault with it, but the other socket is not working or it seems like its just "offline", it says M.2_1 (socket 3) but in my BIOS i cant find it, i can only find M.2_2, if the socket was broken i would atleast be able to find it in my BIOS, right?

from what ive found on google and A.I threads, they keep talking about powersupply i got an Asus ROG Thor 850, which i dont think is the problem, only thing that makes sens maybe is the fact that i need more power to my motherboard, but how? like nothing is marked with it AND the old one dosnt take in extra power .. or if it does its well hidden.....

No vids on youtube have helped, ive been going at this for 5hrs now, i have no idea if its a power thing or if the socket has always been broken and i need a new motherboard
