Hello everyone.
Recently I bought new PC for me, but sadly can't play any game on it. All games are crashing in 2-3 minutes.
All crashes are unknown without any error. The games are just closing (don't have any FPS drop or freezes).
I don't play many games but here is list of the games that I tried to play:
1. PUBG 2.RDR 3. Cyberpunk
And this is my setup
Motherboard: Asus Rog Strix Z790-A Gaming Wi-Fi II DDR5
CPU: Intel Core I9-14900KF
Videocard: Palit GameRock OC 4070TI
Ram: Kingston Fury Renegade 6000MHZ 2x32GB DDR5
SSD: Kingston Renegade 1TB M2 SSD
SSD: Samsung 990 Pro 1TB M2 SSD
PSU: Asus Rog Thor 1000W Platinum II +
I have tested every single part and none of them have problem.
XMP is off, not doing overclock, clean windows installation every time (win 10-11) no difference.
Installed drivers by armoury crate, tried to disable armoury crate and install by downloading from asus website, but no difference at all.
Maybe there are some specific settings in BIOS that I need to disable or enable?

Hi @Chip1777
Is there nothing logging in Event Viewer?
After clearing the CMOS via the rear IO panel button:
i. Enter the UEFI and run Memtest86+ via the Tools menu.
If the system passes:
ii. Set SVID Behaviour to Worst Case Scenario and test the system again.

I have checked game crashes logs, but couldn't find any issue there.
games are just crashing without error. For example, on my old PC if there was a crash while playing PUBG I would get error code or at least anything. Now either no error or just Unknown Error without any code or issue.
Have tested whole system and every single part, Passing all the tests.
Will try SVID Behaviour today, maybe will find some problems.
Thank you so much for answer.

What tests specifically?
Is the system crashing to the desktop or rebooting without a stop code?
This information is pertinent to trying to solve the problem.

Furmark , 3D Mark , Memtest86+ , cinebench , Intel diagnostics tool.
Maybe forgot some names, but all of the tests are being passes by PC.
Games crashing to desktop, no blue screen or reboot.
Will try today the program you told me, maybe it will find some issues.

Try adjusting the SVID Behaviour in the UEFI first.
secondly, it could be the memory as CTDs can often be a sign of memory instability. Clear the CMOS, and ensure not to enable XMP or any overclocking.
Run Karhu RAM Test.

Can you please give me more information how I need to adjust SVID Behavior ?
there are a lot of options to choose.
Testing right now with intel fail safe.
And do I need to change anything else beside tha option ?

Either Intel Fail Safe or Worst Case Scenario is fine for debugging here.
The SVID behaviour manipulates the CPU voltage by adjusting the AC Loadline.

Hello, @Chip1777
I believe @Silent_Scone is referring to the "SVID Behavior" under "Extreme Tweaker" in BIOS settings, which we would suggest you set as "[Intel's Fail Safe]".
Regarding the situation you described, please also consider adjusting CPU stability based on your current hardware configuration and usage scenario.
Thank you.

Hi mate, there is a chance that my cooling is not working well, because when I changed to intels fail safe and started doing test my CPU was throtling on 20-30% usage. That was the only part I didn’t check. When everything is done will let you know.
Thanks ❤️
