I am having this exact same problem, but the thread was closed and so I can't ask the OP for the fix:
Same case and motherboard...

It's either the case or my Razer keyboard. I am guessing it is the case, since I doubt the person that I quoted in my original post has the same keyboard. I say that it is the case because I have two computers, one Intel and one AMD. Each have different motherboards, one MSI and one Asus. They both have the same 7000x case. They both have this problem. Interesting. The ports all work fine for everything except my keyboards. I forgot to mention, both have the same Razer keyboard. I was also having issues with my previous Corsair keyboard. The back USB ports work fine and so I will just plug the wireless dongle into a port on the back.

Hi @STOPchris
If both systems have the same issue in the same case, I would reach out to Corsair and Razer firstly.

Thanks for summarizing what I said in my second post. Yes, the problem lies with the 7000x's USB hub.

No need for the sarcasm, it's more confusing why you'd post here if that's the case 😂. Rightfully, customer service will advise you do the same.
Feel free to let us know how you get on...

Because initially it looked like it would be related to the motherboard and the post that I imaged above was found on these forums with the same issue.
My sarcasm comes from the many posts that users start and never get help with on these forums. Same as the person who I copied his post in the original post above.

It's difficult to get a response to everything. But equally, as you've just demonstrated, not everything warrants a response. This is primarily a user-to-user community. All troubleshooting can be frustrating, but best to be plainspoken - you're best off reaching out to Razer and then Corsair initially.

If there was an adequate response that provides a solution, such as the one that I posted above, it would negate us needing to have this conversation in the first place. The image that I posted was the exact same direction that this conversation has went, but there was no solution posted. My frustrations with this forum over the years is that I have never really been able to find solutions to my issues, even when the cause ended up being a faulty ROG product, and even looking at when others post questions, they don't get much help either. Take my feedback as you will, but it would be nice to get more support from a tech support forum with the company's name attached to it.

Hello @STOPchris
Regarding the Weird USB problem on X670E, please note that the forum system automatically disables replies on posts that have remained inactive for an extended period. This is intended to prevent outdated information from being shared or important discussions from being overlooked.
Based on your description, specifically "Each have different motherboards, one MSI and one Asus. They both have the same 7000x case. They both have this problem," we recommend cross-testing with a different chassis or other devices to further isolate the issue.
Thank you.

I hope you figure it out, but only you are able to cross-test another keyboard and chassis - so your generalisation doesn't really fit here.
Let us know how you get on.
