Fast charging port

Greetings.
I have a Rog Strix z790-F motherboard updated with the latest bios (v 1202) and I have this problem.
When I connect my Samsung smartphone to the fast charging port, it activates but only for 3-4 seconds, and then returns to the standard charging mode.
Have you had this problem too?
How did you solve?

I apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delayed response, as there have been consecutive holidays at our location in recent days.
Could you please help confirm the type of cable and the port you are using for the connection? Have you tried connecting to the ports on the rear panel of the motherboard?
After completing the BIOS update, have you cleared the CMOS or changed any other BIOS settings?
If possible, please provide a screenshot showing the difference in charging prompts between fast charging and non-fast charging when connecting your phone, or explain how you determine the current charging status.

Good morning.
I used the following specific fast charging cables:

- https://www.amazon.it/dp/B07T99CGDF?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details

I inserted one cable at a time into each of the two USB type c ports on the motherboard on the back of the case. In all cases, the quick charge starts regularly and then stops after 3-4 seconds.
I have updated the bios to the latest version.

I finally figured out with Asus support that the Type C ports on the back don't have fast charging. The only way is to connect the front panel ports to the dedicated connector on the motherboard.
