FanXpert can't install

I just assembled a PC, and after installing Armoury Crate, Fan Xpert cannot be installed.

I can confirm this, I uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times and never got it to work, I also re-installed windows 11 and never got it to work.

Wiellh explanation was perfect and what got it fixed for me!
