Fan Speed very loud on a new mounted PC

Hello

My motherboard is the ROG Maximus Z790 HERO BTF. My case is the Asus ROG Hyperion BTF Edition.

My PC is newly mounted , but the Fan Speeds are very loud almost 3000 RPM.

What can I do in order to lower down ?

I'm not sure if I fully understand - are you simply asking how to lower fan speeds? The temperature points and sources are adjustable.
