How do I get access to the site where I can view, monitor and perhaps adjust the fan speeds in my system?

Jaffacake, the first link you gave did not remove Armoury Crate but re-installed a new one over the one I already had installed.

Jaffacake, thanks to your help.  With this (and some trial-and-error on my part) I appear to have Armoury Crate and Fan Expert 4 working perfectly.

Hi

Glad you got it working, sorry about the link. I had two and pasted it the wrong one

Just one more simple question.  I there a way to have Fan Expert show which fan is controlled be each fan header as listed in the program.  In the past I have seen this done by the program making the fan attached to a fan header chosen, physically stop spinning for a second or two.

I think the only way to do this is via the BIOS?

You're referring to the duty cycle. This and the temperature source can be changed in the UEFI using Q-FAN. I prefer using things this way as there's no need to have Fan Xpert running within the OS.

Silent_Scone.  Can you please tell me where I can download Q-FAN from?

Its not a program as such, its a setting within the BIOS to control the fans:

ASUS Fan Control: Expert's Guide for Efficient Cooling - Tech News Today

if you want each fan to be customized to your liking, you're gonna have to get into the BIOS and learn. If you're worried about the BIOS then dont be, its not as scary as some think.  Hit F2 or Delete key on bootup and the follow the guide in the above link.

I thought this was clear but perhaps it is not.  I have previously used Gigabyte's fan control software which allows the user to create, review and, if necessary, modify fan curves from within Windows.  These curves were directly linked to any fan curves created in the BIOS.  I am looking for a way to do this with ASUS.  The second part of the "Tech News Today" revered to in the above post, appears show how this is possible.  However I am not able to follow completely the install instructions for installing this.  I am still trying!

You need to specify what device you’re using. Controlling fan curves in Fan Xpert should be immediately obvious as the graph appears upon opening.
