How do I get access to the site where I can view, monitor and perhaps adjust the fan speeds in my system?

Good luck with figuring out your fans. My work here is done. Nothing more to say or suggest. Any other fellow PC builder will agree with my advise.

Sad!  I am sure that, if contributors were to read the section of the "Tech News Today" article which I have referred to, they would see that there is an equally acceptable way of setting up fans without entering the BIOS.

My problem is that I cannot find where to download the "AI Suite V3" software needed.

May I ask if you are asking about downloading "AI Suite 3"?
You can find it by going to the ROG STRIX B760-A GAMING WIFI support page, selecting your operating system under Drive & Utility, and searching for AI Suite 3 to install it.

Jiaszzz_ROG, unfortunately the install file you have recommended offers to install:

-Performance and Power Saving Utilities V2.03.42
-System Information V2.03.14
-EZ Update V3.03.08

but not:

-AI Suite 3 V3.03.36

I've downloaded it from the support site. I can see the folder there.

I agree but when I run setup.exe from the folder as you have partly-reproduced from your post, AI Suite 3 V3.03.36 is not shown as an option available.

Is this the folder I should be installing it from?  I ask this because I have just noticed that if I open the AISuite3_3.03.36 folder, there is a further setup.exe in the AppSuite subfolder in that.  Should I perhaps be using that setup file?

I have allowed Performance and Power Saving Utilities, System Information and EZ Update to install but am still not able to find a way to install AI Suite 3.

I have still not been able to install the fan control part of AISuite3 but have run Q-fan in the BIOS and appear to be able to satisfactory control fan properties in the FAN EXPERT 4 in Armoury Crate.
