Extremely Slow Boot, more than 30 minutes

Hello, I'm really desperate and would apreciarem help, my PC Takes more than 30 minutes to boot it stays at windows black screen with the rolling dots, It only boot with The SSD that my Windows is instaled, all other boot options does  not work and it boot back to BIOS setup. Don 't know what else to do. I have 2 16gb DDR4 memory, 1 M2 SSD 250 Gb for Windows 10, one 1 Tb M2 SSD and 1 TB HDD. Can you guys help me, already tried to restore to default options does not work. One person said I need to disable fan control but I don't know where to do it. Sorry for my English

Could you please confirm if your actual model is the ROG MAXIMUS X FORMULA, ROG MAXIMUS X APEX, or ROG MAXIMUS X HERO?
May I inquire if the situation you described occurred after any changes were made? For example, did it happen after updating the BIOS or connecting an external device?
Have you updated the Intel ME to the corresponding version in the BIOS and cleared the CMOS before booting up?
Please provide the brand and model names of the CPU, GPU, RAM, and PSU currently installed, along with their respective slots and positions, as well as share more detail for us to better address the problem.
