Hello @Knarrenheinz
Thank you for reaching out to us, and sorry for any inconvenience caused by the delayed response.
The Kernel-Power Event ID 41 error you’re seeing is a critical system error that can cause your computer to restart unexpectedly. This error is logged when the system reboots without first cleanly shutting down, which can occur if the system stops responding, crashes, or loses power unexpectedly.
Based on your description and the fact that the issue began after assembling your new build, we kindly suggest ensuring that the BIOS and all drivers available on the TUF GAMING X870-PLUS WIFI support site are updated to their latest versions. Please also clear CMOS and refrain from making any manual adjustments, including enabling EXPO for the time being.
Additionally, please verify that your SSD is properly connected, check whether there are any firmware or driver updates available for it, and consider cross-testing with different M.2 slots, as well as double-checking the CPU and power cable connections.
If possible, please monitor the usage scenario during which the system crashes and observe whether the issue correlates with potential overheating or occurs under specific conditions involving the CPU, GPU, or overall system behavior.
Thank you.
