Hello,
I am having an issue with Armoury Crate, which no longer allows me to access the motherboard of my Asus ROG Strix G35.
I am receiving an error code (H-5001).
I am no longer able to manage the RGB lighting or Aura Sync.
I uninstalled everything with Armoury Crate Uninstall Tool and reinstalled with Armoury Crate & Aura Creator Installer since the Armoury Crate Full Installation Package version simply refuses to install, but to no avail.
I also reset my PC without success.
What can I do?
Thank you.

What did you change or install on your device before the problem occurred?
Did you happen to update to the new Nvidia driver 591.44?
Currently, Armoury Creation and Aura Sync are not working with this driver.
If so, uninstall this driver and install the previous version 581.80 or 581.94 (hotfix).

I am having this same issue... just started when I booted my computer today, wondering if it is just a bug with the program right now

Hi, I didn't think it would have any effect, but instead you solved my problem. You never stop learning. Thank you so much.

Hi, so did the solution of installing the previous nvidia version fix the issue?

Hello, yes, I simply reinstalled the November NVIDIA drivers (581.80) and after restarting, I had access to the motherboard and Aura Sync again.

After today's update in ArmouryCrate, everything is working again with the latest Nvidia driver version 591.44.
In ArmouryCrate, manually check for updates under Settings/Update Center. You will then see two updates listed: one for the GPU and one in the upper section. Install both.
Then everything will work with the latest Nvidia driver. 😉
