Maybe it was a bit of not checking first, however, I had a challenging time trying to get the drivers for my Z790-F Wifi 2. I registered my product with ASUS and when I clicked the link for support, it asked me if I wanted to go to my location. I did and it it sent me to page not found. The only drivers available on the Australian page are for the Z790-F WiFi version 1. I only found this out as it would not accept the BIOS and through reading threads I checked the model number.
The only way to download the correct drivers is to go to the main ASUS page and search for the board.
While I am here, how do I get the USB Wattage Watcher working. When I plug something in to that port it gives me the voltage, but states 'Fast Charging Off' Where is there info to read up on it.

Hello, @JimmyH
According to the ROG STRIX Z790-F GAMING WIFI II user manual, the front panel's USB 20Gbps Type-C port can provide up to 30W of fast charging technology.
This is also dependent on the cable and connected device you are using.
In addition to updating the BIOS and clearing CMOS, we suggest cross-testing with different cables or devices to further troubleshoot the issue.
Thank you.

Hello, @JimmyH
Regarding the official website, if you are unable to accurately search for specific products in your country or region, we recommend checking and downloading relevant drivers on the global official website: ROG STRIX Z790-F GAMING WIFI II
Regarding the USB ports, may I inquire about which USB port you are using? Have you tried cross-testing other ports or USB devices?
Also, could you provide the current BIOS version, and have you checked again after clearing the CMOS?
Please provide more detailed hardware specifications, relevant scenarios, and the troubleshooting methods you have attempted to help us better understand the scenario.
Thank you.

Front Panel USB 20Gbps with PD Fast Charge Support is what it says on the website. One of the applications was USB Fast Charge. The icon appears on the task bar and when selected says 'Fast Charging Off' with a line through it. Occasionally I will have something charging and it says a maximum of 0.8 w.
Is it something to do with the 'PD in fast charge'?
My BIOS is Ver 0507
